We will provide a Change Order detailing the problem, the solution, and any adjustments to the cost or timeline so there are no surprises on your final bill

Typically, no. As your contractor, we handle the heavy lifting with local building departments. we will identify, apply for, and manage all necessary structural, electrical, or plumbing permits required for your project to ensure everything is up to code.

Every project is assigned a Dedicated Project Manager who serves as your primary point of contact. While our skilled subcontractors may handle specific trades (like masonry or electrical), our manager oversees the site daily to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to the schedule.

This depends on the scope of the project. For minor renovations, we can usually section off the work area to minimize dust and noise. For major structural work or whole-home remodels, it may be safer and faster if the site is vacated. We will discuss a "living plan" during our initial consultation.

We treat your property with respect. Before we swing a single hammer, we install floor protection (like Ram Board), plastic dust barriers, and HEPA air scrubbers where necessary. At the end of every workday, our crew performs a site sweep to keep the area as clean and safe as possible.
